Route matching
One number that sums up how well a trip suits you: how close your pickup and drop-off are to the captain's route, and how well the departure fits your time. The higher the score, the closer the trip is to your own journey.
The extra time added to the captain's trip to reach your pickup or drop-off. Each captain sets the maximum they'll accept, and trips that would exceed it aren't offered as a match.
Choosing a hub on the captain's route raises the match score and keeps the detour short for both sides.

Open the app and pick your role: passenger or captain. Passengers search for a published trip that passes their way and reserve a seat. Captains publish the trip they are already making and receive booking requests.
Enter your start point, destination and time, pick a trip from the results based on its match score and schedule, and send a booking request. Once the captain accepts, your booking is confirmed and you can see each other's contact details. If the trip is full, you can join its waitlist.
You pay your share directly to the captain with a CliQ transfer from your own bank or wallet app. Khodni Maak never receives or holds passenger money, and using the platform is free for passengers.
CliQ is Jordan's instant payment system. It lets you send money instantly between bank accounts and e-wallets using a phone number or an alias, from inside your banking app.
The transfer happens outside Khodni Maak, in your own banking app. The platform has no technical integration with CliQ and does not make the transfer for you.
Choose “I'm a captain” in the app, complete the profile and vehicle details required for verification, and activate the captain subscription. You can then publish your first trip and start receiving booking requests.
The captain subscription is 10 JOD per 30 days. Passengers use the platform for free.
No. There is no commission on trips or seats. What the passenger pays goes straight to the captain; the platform's only income is the captain's monthly subscription.
You'll be notified, and we'll suggest a backup ride that fits your route and time whenever one is available. Because payment is made directly between you and the captain, any amount paid in advance is refunded by agreement with the captain. See the Cancellation Policy for details.
