Community Guidelines
Khodni Maak is built on a simple idea: people going the same way share the trip. These guidelines keep the experience respectful and safe for everyone, and they apply to passengers and captains alike.
1. Respect comes first
- Treat everyone courteously, whatever their gender, age, origin, religion or any other characteristic.
- Harassment, threats, abusive language and discrimination are not tolerated.
- Respect privacy and personal space, and do not photograph or record anyone without permission.
2. Be on time
- Be at the pickup point a few minutes early.
- If you are running late or your plans change, tell the other person straight away or cancel in the app.
- Do not ask the captain to change their route beyond what was agreed in the booking.
3. Be accurate
- Use your real name and correct details.
- Captains must publish a real route, time and number of seats, and drive the vehicle verified on their account.
- Accounts are personal and must not be used by anyone else.
4. Safety on the road
- Follow traffic law: seat belts, speed limits, and no phone use while driving.
- Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or when severely tired, is prohibited.
- The number of passengers must not exceed the number of seats published.
- Confirm boarding with the trip PIN, and check that the captain and vehicle match the app before getting in.
5. In the car
- Smoking, food and music are by mutual agreement.
- Leave the vehicle clean.
- Keep luggage reasonable, and ask the captain beforehand about large bags.
6. Privacy and contact details
Phone numbers are shared after a booking is accepted, for coordinating the trip only. Using them for marketing or nuisance contact, or passing them on to others, is prohibited.
7. Payment
Pay your share to the captain as agreed, using CliQ. Captains must not ask for an amount different from what was agreed in the booking.
8. Reporting and consequences
If you experience conduct that breaks these guidelines, email support@khodnimaak.3dot.tech with the trip details. Breaches may lead to a warning, restrictions, suspension or permanent closure of the account.
